2 System compositionSystem composition of the turntable is shown as Figure 1:
3 Design program3.1 Structure designTurntable adopts assembly structures, including drive boxes, working mesa, foundation, Slewing Bearing and etc. The working mesa of the turntable is Φ500mm, which adopts a stepping motor asthe drive, decelerated through the worm gear box. The turntable mesa is drag by the sprocket, whose drive ratio is 1:10. The turntable mesa is fixed on the foundation by Slewing Bearing, with max load 100kg. Installing copper shielding mesh in the outer circle of the mesa is to shield electromagnetic radiation generated by turntable motor.
